TP 01: Use AI-systems (machine learning, deep learning and neural network approaches) to accelerate the digitisation in the agri-food sector

Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University is a public university in Adana, Turkiye, Food Engineering department is one of the 9 departments at Faculty of Engineering. There are several projects performed by the faculty members of the FE department.
Our research is primarily concerned with valorization of food wastes, food microbiology studies, fermented foods and nano-encapsulation. We have projects on biorefining of olive leaves and peanut shells to valuables bioactive compounds using novel extraction methods, fermentation and nano-encapsulation.
